My client is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role as a Sales Manager. The successful candidates will be customer friendly, hardworking and energetic. They will thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.

We need a Sales Manager who will…

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved
• Effectively plan and execute the business strategy
• Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’
• Be results driven with a demonstratable track record in exceeding targets
• Have a proactive approach to growing the companies membership base

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.

Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
