Residential Conveyancing & Private Client Paralegal

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy Highlands-based practice handling residential conveyancing and private client work. Based on the Isle of Skye, the position combines a varied workload with the chance to work closely with clients across the region in a supportive and welcoming team.

The role
You’ll assist with and manage residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title, as well as supporting private client work such as Wills and Powers of Attorney. You’ll be trusted with responsibility for your workload and supported where needed. Experience of rural conveyancing or crofting matters would be helpful but is not essential.

• Has experience in residential conveyancing and private client work
• Is able to work independently and manage their own files
• Has strong organisational and communication skills
• Works well under pressure and prioritises effectively
• Takes a conscientious and professional approach to their role
