Pear Recruitment: Sales Negotiator

Location: Golders Green

Salary: Basic £20,000 - £25,000 OTE 50,000

Hours: 5 Day week, every other Saturday

Full license and car required for this role

Our client, a well-established Independent Estate Agency, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team at their modern and spacious office in Golders Green, following continued business growth.

The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and professional in appearance, with outstanding communication and customer service skills. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and consistently going the extra mile is essential.

The Role

• Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
• Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
• Carrying out property viewing with prospective buyers
• Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers to get to an agreement
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions
• Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
• Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalised service.
• Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.
• Driving high value sales through the office.
• Meet individual and team targets to contribute to the agency success
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems regularly

• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service
• Organised
• The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
• A full and clean UK driving licence. And have own car
