An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join a dedicated and expanding team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high quality work across both contentious and non contentious employment matters, working with clients across a variety of industries.

DAY TO DAY:

• Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters
• Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues
• Supporting on complex cases as part of a wider team
• Drafting legal documents and providing strategic advice
• Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
• Able to manage multiple matters independently
• Proactive, organised and client-focused
