This is a vital role responsible for managing and coordinating key operational and complex meetings. You will provide excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders and deliver high-level administrative support to the wider service.
As our Property Administrator, you will take the lead in planning and coordinating key Panels and Boards, ensuring clear connections and workflow between related meetings. You will develop agendas, maintain forward plans, ensure stakeholder engagement, and prepare participants in advance. You will also minute complex meetings and record actions and decisions accurately on relevant case management systems.
You will need a strong understanding of ‘new into care’ processes and associated timescales, as well as knowledge of housing including application processes and eligibility criteria. Familiarity with the benefits system, including housing-related benefits and financial support, is also important. Experience within housing or social care environments will be advantageous but not essential.
You will bring excellent organisational and coordination skills, with experience managing complex schedules and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication, accurate minute-taking, and confidence working with diverse stakeholders at all levels are essential.
