Sales Negotiator

Location – Chigwell

Basic salary - £22,000 OTE £40,000 – £45,000

Commission – 10% personal Commission

Bonus - 5 % on hitting Quarterly personal target

Own Car required (Car allowance £150)

Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales Negotiator, to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering Chigwell and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively looking to exceed your KPI’s.
• Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
• Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing.
• Handle offers and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach agreement
• Liaising with third Parties e.g. solicitors & surveyors to keep the sale moving
• Canvasing and prospecting new business.
• Uploading new properties onto the portals via the CRM
• Delivering incredible Service
• Taking Photos and videos of properties
• Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.

• Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
