Experience in care is not a requirement as full training will be given.

Requirements needed to become a Care Assistant or Support Worker at Trustmark care:

• Candidates must be passionate about caring for people in their own homes and willing to develop their skills further.
• DBS required
• Driving license and access to a reliable car Required.
