Client Coordination & Support Executive

Location: Remote (UK) with access to offices in London, Manchester, Glasgow and other UK locations

Salary: £28,000 – £34,000

About the role

We’re looking for a Client Coordination & Support Executive to help manage the day-to-day relationship between our business and its clients.

This is not a sales role and it’s not a call centre role. It sits in the space between service, coordination, and communication — making sure clients are supported, informed, and kept moving smoothly through the process.

You’ll be the person who helps things happen when multiple moving parts need to come together.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and updates
  • Coordinating activity between internal teams and external clients
  • Making sure requests are followed through and nothing is missed
  • Keeping clients informed and expectations aligned
  • Supporting onboarding, updates, and ongoing service delivery
  • Helping improve how we communicate and deliver to clients
What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, service-led environment
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and solving practical problems
  • High attention to detail and good follow-through
  • Experience in customer support, coordination, admin, hospitality, retail, or similar roles is useful but not essential
Why this role
  • You sit close to clients without being in a sales role
  • Broad exposure across different parts of the business
  • Real progression into client success, account management, or operations
  • Every day is different, with varied interaction and responsibility
Working setup

This is a remote-first UK role, with access to offices in London, Manchester, Glasgow and other UK locations, giving flexibility while staying closely connected to the wider team.

Final note

This is a role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, helping people get what they need, and making complex processes feel simple for others.

If you like being the person who quietly makes everything work better behind the scenes, this will suit you.
