Our client, a high-profile membership body and union in the education sector are looking for a proactive and well-organised Communications Administrator to support a busy and fast-paced team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of communications activity, helping to deliver campaigns, engage stakeholders, and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the communications team
Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and coordinate communications
Take, prepare, and circulate meeting notes and documents
Support the delivery of communications and campaign activity
Assist with budget processes, including invoices, reconciliation, and reporting
Help coordinate suppliers and support procurement processes
Organise rotas, meetings, events, and general logistics
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners
About You
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Professional, approachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
