I'm looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Lead to join a growing ER & Policy function within a leading global organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on complex, high-risk ER casework, while playing a key role in shaping ER strategy, supporting senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the people function.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end management of complex and sensitive ER cases
  • Acting as an escalation point, coaching and supporting ER specialists
  • Partnering with HR and the business to manage risk and ensure best practice
  • Supporting restructures and redundancy projects, including planning and delivery
  • Using data and insights to identify trends and improve ER outcomes
  • Driving continuous improvement across ER processes and governance
  • Contributing to ER & Policy projects that support cultural and organisational change
  • Supporting the development and review of HR policies

What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in employee relations and employment law
  • Proven experience handling complex, high-risk casework
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and challenge
  • Passion for coaching and developing others
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using ER data and insights
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Location: Bristol (hybrid working)
  • Travel: Occasional travel as required
  • Salary: circa £70,000
