Sales Management Assistant

China Unicom (Europe) Operations Ltd

We are looking for a sales assistant based in London. You will contribute your new ideas into productive solutions both encouraged and expected in the Carrier Business Department.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales operations and opportunity management, including opportunity tracking and key project follow-up.

2. Conduct revenue forecasting, business data analysis, and revenue variance tracking.

3. Manage the daily operations of the sales support team, including work allocation, operational coordination, efficiency improvement, and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

4. Oversee end-to-end order management, including order review, lease termination, adjustment follow-up, and in-progress project tracking.

5. Coordinate cross-functional communication with Marketing, IT, and headquarters regarding business process and system optimization initiatives.

6. Maintain business data and reporting management to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

7. Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews to ensure business process compliance.

8. Support marketing activities and exhibitions, including business opportunity collection and event summary preparation.

9. Review incentive-related data, verify gross profit and other business indicators, assist the sales team with payment collection, and follow up on overdue balances.

10. Maintain sales support processes and operation manuals, and organize internal training sessions.

Skills and experiences:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive issue resolution across teams.

3. Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

7. Responsible, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
