We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager with a strong track record of winning new business and growing existing customer relationships, ideally within EPOS or software solutions.
This is a sector-focused role covering Builders & Timber Merchants, Hardware & DIY and Pharmacy, where you will manage an existing portfolio of customers while driving new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities.
The role blends new business development with account growth and customer success. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, delivering tailored system demonstrations, building proposals and managing the full sales cycle through to handover.
You will be provided with leads, but you will also be expected to proactively generate your own pipeline.
Success in this role will come from understanding your customers' operational challenges and clearly demonstrating how CSY's EPOS and payments solutions deliver measurable commercial benefits.
