At Hyde, we are committed to delivering high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively for our customers. We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.


What you’ll be doing

  • Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls.
  • Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork
  • Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place.
  • Maintaining multiple shared inboxes
  • Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing.
  • Warehouse cover when required
  • Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organisational and administrative experience
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service mindset
