Full-Time Secondary School Administrator

Location: Greenwich
Hours: 5 Days Per Week | Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Greenwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator who is passionate about education and thrives in a fast-paced school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school while contributing to a positive and efficient learning environment.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day administrative duties within the school office
• Supporting staff, students, and parents with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and school systems
• Handling correspondence, attendance, and general office administration
• Providing excellent organisational and communication support across the school

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a school administrative role is essential
• Strong knowledge and understanding of school office procedures and systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritise workloads
• A degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
