Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) – Bristol

A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Construction Lawyer at Associate  level to work alongside a recognised Legal 500 Leading Partner, you’ll advise on high-quality non-contentious construction matters across major development, infrastructure and energy projects nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with developers, contractors, funders, consultants and public bodies on complex projects from procurement through to delivery, while building your profile within a collaborative and ambitious team.

The role includes:

• Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
• Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts
• Supporting projects from inception through to completion
• Advising on risk management and dispute avoidance
• Working across sectors including infrastructure, energy, utilities and real estate

What experience is required:

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE
• Non-contentious construction experience: JCT and NEC contracts
