Job Title: Project Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Type: Long-term Temporary (Potential for Permanent) / Full-Time

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their team on a long-term maternity cover contract through to October 2027, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role offers the chance to work in a busy, fast-paced construction environment, supporting an experienced team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and full compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and coordinate on-site project meetings
• Manage company health and safety processes and documentation
• Organise PPE orders and maintain stock levels
• Prepare and submit applications and pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs)
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements when required
• Manage supplier agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Raise, track, and manage purchase orders
• Support the business in gaining and maintaining frameworks
• Assist with quality assurance and social value elements of tender submissions
• Manage training records and coordinate staff training requirements
• Conduct DBS checks and maintain compliance documentation
• Support internal reviews
