Job Title: Project Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Type: Long-term Temporary (Potential for Permanent) / Full-Time
The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their team on a long-term maternity cover contract through to October 2027, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This role offers the chance to work in a busy, fast-paced construction environment, supporting an experienced team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and full compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate on-site project meetings
- Manage company health and safety processes and documentation
- Organise PPE orders and maintain stock levels
- Prepare and submit applications and pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs)
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements when required
- Manage supplier agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Raise, track, and manage purchase orders
- Support the business in gaining and maintaining frameworks
- Assist with quality assurance and social value elements of tender submissions
- Manage training records and coordinate staff training requirements
- Conduct DBS checks and maintain compliance documentation
- Support internal reviews
