SEN/Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Kilburn | September Start

The role:

• Full-time SEN Support / Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant position
• September start
• Providing support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom
• Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for children
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and additional learning needs
• Assisting with behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals
• Helping create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children in schools, youth work, care, mentoring or similar settings
• A patient, calm and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs
• A resilient and proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
