UPHire IQ is an early-stage AI-driven hiring platform helping businesses dramatically reduce recruitment costs, remove agency reliance, and build a scalable, structured hiring function.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Partner to join at ground level and help drive client acquisition.
This is a high-upside, commission-only role—ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to be part of building something from the early stages.

What You’ll Be Doing - Identifying and engaging target clients (hospitality, care, logistics, retail)
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Pitching UPHire IQ to decision-makers (Operations, HR, MD level)
- Running discovery calls and closing new business
- Contributing to messaging, outreach, and sales strategy
What We’re Looking For - Experience in sales, recruitment, or business development
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence closing deals
- Self-starter—comfortable working autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in early-stage businesses
- Existing network (advantageous but not essential)
Earnings (Commission Structure)High Commission – Paid Upfront - 25%–35% of every deal you close
Example:
- £5,000 client £1,250–£1,750 earned
- £10,000 client £2,500–£3,500 earned
No caps. No limits. Pure performance-based earning.
