  • £35,000- £40,000 DOE

A purpose-driven, fast-growing lifestyle brand with a strong sustainability ethos and a product range stocked by leading retailers across the globe is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to become a key part of their international supply chain team. This is a brand that genuinely cares about how its products reach the world – and they’re looking for someone who feels the same way about getting the details right.

This is a role where no two days look the same. You’ll have real ownership over international shipments from factory to warehouse and retailer – keeping goods moving, documentation airtight and stakeholders informed every step of the way. Whether you’re coordinating consolidations, managing freight partners or staying on top of customs compliance, you’ll be the person who keeps the supply chain humming. If you love the satisfaction of a shipment landing on time and in full, this one’s for you.

About You

You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives on pace and complexity. You’re comfortable managing multiple shipments at once, confident dealing with freight partners and 3PLs, and meticulous when it comes to compliance and documentation. You communicate clearly, act quickly when things need resolving, and you bring a commercial mindset to everything – always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to move product around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

International Shipping & Logistics

  • Take end-to-end ownership of international shipments across multiple markets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Coordinate multi-supplier consolidations to optimise cost and keep freight spend in check
  • Manage air freight requirements when speed is of the essence
  • Proactively monitor shipment progress, getting ahead of delays before they become problems
  • Keep internal teams fully informed with accurate tracking updates and ETA communications

Customs, Compliance & Documentation

  • Oversee all customs processes end-to-end, ensuring declarations and documentation are accurate and fully compliant
  • Manage all shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including the correct handling of regulated or hazardous goods

Freight Partner & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders and courier partners
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates and actively monitor spend against budget

Warehousing & 3PL Coordination

  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely receipt of goods
  • Work closely with internal teams to align shipping schedules with wider delivery requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a shipping, logistics or supply chain coordination role within an international business
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs compliance, and shipping documentation
  • Experience working with international suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on balancing cost and service
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP or tracking systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
