You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering clear, compliant financial advice across investments, retirement planning, protection and estate planning — supported by strong paraplanning and admin teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality financial plans
• Providing compliant advice in line with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements
• Managing ongoing client reviews and service agreements
• Collaborating with planner support teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
• Mentoring Associate Planners and supporting their development
• Maintaining CPD, SPS and regulatory standards

What we’re looking for

• Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing advisory role - CF30 is advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
