Working within a small team based in Central Leeds and reporting to the head of finance you will work as part of a small finance team with the focus being to provide Credit Control and finance admin support to the finance team and other areas of the business if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Control responsibilities – chasing debt / PO numbers & payment
• Updating credit notes & general system usage
• Cash posting
• Coding remittances
• Setting up debtor accounts
• Setting up job numbers
• Debtor meetings with property management team
• Capturing AP invoices
• Confirming back details for solicitor payments

Requirements:

• General previous Credit Control experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communicator both verbally and written correspondence
• Good general IT skills including good working knowledge of Excel
• Confident approach to their work
• Good team player
• Able to adapt to change and have a flexible approach to work in general.
