Lender Relations Executive

Up to £45k + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)

Are you a specialist finance professional with strong lender or broker relationships and a passion for property finance?

We're looking for someone who knows the specialist lending space - bridging, development finance, commercial - that can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Own relationships with our panel of specialist lenders
• Drive deal flow through the platform
• Ensure deals progress smoothly from enquiry to completion.
• You'll be the go-to person for lenders and brokers alike.

Experience required:

• Experience in specialist or property finance
• Understanding of bridging, development or commercial lending
• Confidence managing lender or broker relationships
• A proactive, commercially minded approach

***Experience in lender partnerships, an internal BDM role or a fintech/platform environment is a big plus.***
