Working Pattern: Full Time
Rate: £450-£500/Day

Key Responsibilities:
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will:

• Support corporate transformation programmes and ensure effective project management governance.
• Provide expert guidance to project managers and teams, driving projects from planning through to implementation.
• Manage risks and issues effectively, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
• Champion effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:
We seek a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

• Project Management Expertise: Trained in PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies, with proven experience in managing complex projects in a public sector environment.
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management, budgetary control, and benefit identification.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and present findings to diverse audiences.
• People Management: Experience in leading teams and managing conflicts creatively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate ideas and foster collaboration.
• Flexibility & Creativity: A willingness to embrace new ways of working and solve problems innovatively.
