Reed Accountancy are working with a well-known client in the area who are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their finance team. This role would see the successful candidate joining an established team to support the accounts function. This post is open to an immediate start.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handling cash and credit cards
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Reconciling and posting bank transactions and petty cash
  • Monitoring and reporting on cash balances
  • Processing supplier payment runs
  • Maintaining creditor accounts
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing payments in and donations
  • Assisting in process improvements
  • Performing ad hoc duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisation skills and proactiveness
