We’re working with a leading business seeking an experienced Divisional Legal Manager to head up their in-house conveyancing team. This senior role involves managing a team of ten, supported by an Assistant Manager, and overseeing the disposal of plots annually, including part exchanges and resales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the conveyancing team to deliver efficient, service-led support.
• Manage legal documentation for plot sales, infrastructure agreements, land transfers, and related transactions.
• Provide proactive legal advice and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Drive team performance and professional development.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong background in property law and residential conveyancing.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
