Data Analyst

We develop and maintain our own data and analytics products, supporting clients with customer insight, predictive modelling, and commercial decision making. The Role

• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and define analytical requirements
• Lead data discovery, exploration, and analysis across multiple datasets
• Analyse complex data to create meaningful insight
• Build reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
• Present insights and recommendations, translating technical analysis into commercial outcomes
• Contribute to a range of projects including customer behaviour analysis, segmentation, revenue and collections analytics, and data maturity initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in a data or analytics role, ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment
• Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with complex, real world datasets
• Experience using Python for analysis and data transformation
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and ask the right questions
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders
