Accounts Assistant, Frimley, to £30k + Hybrid

Are you looking for a varied Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant type role working in a supportive Finance team environment?

The job

You’ll support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable, cash allocation, and banking, including:

• Accounts Payable Invoice processing
• Resolving queries with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Vendor statement reconciliations and goods in / invoice receipt account maintenance
• Cash allocation and bank reconciliations in SAP
• Supporting expenses, payments (BACS/foreign), and direct debits
• Assisting with blocked orders and maintaining accurate records

About You

• Proactive, organised, and confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach
• Good Excel skills (pivots, lookups)
• SAP experience beneficial
• Team player with ambition to grow
• Current / recent previous AP / Accounts Assistant experience
