Accomplish Today is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth organisation seeking a driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. This role is built for individuals who thrive in outbound sales environments and want to earn £45,000 in their first year through a combination of new business generation and account growth.

You will focus on engaging recruitment agencies, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Business Development

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers within recruitment agencies
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
  • Maximise revenue through ongoing account development

Sales Performance

  • Achieve and exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity through CRM systems
