This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Office & Facilities Management - Oversee the smooth running, organisation, and upkeep of the office environment.
• IT, Systems & Technology Support - Provide basic technical support and coordinate with external IT partners.
• Operational & Sales Support - Support core operations, sales processes, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Recruitment & Marketing Support - Assist with vacancy postings, online content, and basic marketing activity.
• Finance & Administration Support - Handle invoice processing and support financial admin tasks.
• Contractor & Compliance Administration - Maintain compliance documentation and accurate contractor records.
• Payroll & Contractor Pay Support - Assist with payroll preparation and help resolve pay-related queries.
• Executive & Project Support - Provide diary and travel support to senior leadership and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Previous Office Management or Administration experience - experience within a recruitment firm is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Confident in using business systems such as HRIS, Xero, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
