Job Overview

• Provide home-based care for complex emotional & mental health needs (shifts: 8 hours, varied patterns).
• Manage mobility, vital signs, nutrition, companionship & medication.
• Ensure reflective, values-driven care in people's homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mobility with basic moving/handling.
• Monitor vitals (BP, temp, pulse); prep meals & maintain hygiene.
• Offer emotional/financial support; document accurately.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1.5+ years in community/home care, focusing on mental health, autism, learning disabilities & diverse groups.
• Full UK driving licence (essential for transport).
• PMVA training required.
