Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The role:

• Building your own client base within VC-backed tech firms
• Managing full 360 recruitment process
• Closing high-value permanent deals

Requirements:

• Degree preferred but not essential
• Evidence of drive, resilience and competitiveness
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a sales environment
