IFA Administrator / Advisor Support Role

£25,000 – £35,000 DOE

You will be joining a reputable financial planning practice operating within a structured advisory environment. The firm supports advisers and clients across a range of financial planning needs and continues to grow steadily. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing full administrative and operational support to financial advisers
• Working within a pooled advisor support team
• Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting advisers with preparation of client meeting documentation
• Liaising with providers and third parties as required
• Ensuring all client servicing is completed accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the wider team with ongoing administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration or financial services support role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based structure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• Strong communication skills and professional approach

Desirable Skills:

• Experience using financial planning platforms and provider systems
• Understanding of adviser support processes within wealth management
• Exposure to regulated financial planning environments
