With over 23 years in legal recruitment, we work with leading local, regional and national law firms and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly Cardiff team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, or for a legal professional wanting to move away from practice.

What you will do

• Build relationships with legal candidates and clients
• Source and match talent to opportunities
• Support the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop your network and market knowledge

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and social media
• Interest in the legal sector
• Experience in recruitment or a legal role is beneficial

The role

Full time, permanent with a mix of home and office working in Cardiff. Salary negotiable.
