Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a growing business based in Leeds. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding its finance team and is looking to appoint a commercially minded finance professional who can make an immediate impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified to newly qualified accountant who is confident in month-end production and keen to broaden their exposure across planning and commercial finance activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Supporting the month-end close process
• Balance sheet reconciliations and review
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supporting wider commercial finance activity and business partnering
• Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

• Part-qualified to newly qualified accountant status
• Strong experience producing month-end management accounts
• The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced finance team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in broader finance activities
