The Role: Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the full CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
Manage automated and manual email campaigns across multiple brands
Create targeted segmentation and personalisation using data-driven insights
Lead creative briefing for templates, assets and copy
Collaborate with marketing, design and external partners to deliver cross-channel campaigns
Own day-to-day management of the Klaviyo platform
Monitor KPIs, report on performance and optimise ROI
Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
Support and upskill wider marketing team members where needed
The Person: 5+ years’ experience in email marketing/ECRM Strong Klaviyo knowledge Confidence with tracking Excellent copywriting and design sensibility High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
