Key Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Supporting the team to achieve and exceed targets

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator

• Minimum 12 months’ estate agency experience
• Proven track record in residential sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary up to £25,000
• Realistic OTE £50,000
