This is a key senior position where you'll drive performance, oversee financial reporting, manage cash and working capital, support investment and M&A activity, and lead a high-performing finance function while delivering clear, data-driven insight to support business growth.

Description

In this Head of Finance position based in Leeds, you'll be responsible for;

• Leading the preparation and presentation of monthly management information and board reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Taking ownership of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation across the group
• Providing strategic financial support to directors, including decision-making on investments, growth initiatives, and capital deployment
• Delivering robust financial analysis (budgets, forecasts, variance and ratio analysis) to enhance business performance
• Supporting acquisition activity and growth opportunities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-deal performance tracking
• Overseeing and develop the finance function, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and continuous improvement

Profile

We're looking for:

• Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the property industry or a high growth environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to driving improvements and delivering results.

Job Offer

• Salary between £60,000 to £70,000.
