This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to make a real difference as a Commercial Finance Business Partner in an international B2B organisation.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director the Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the organisation.
The role will be responsible for;
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Operational teams to create budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial models to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with three days a week in the office in Swansea.
