My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team. This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, offering a salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for someone with strong purchase ledger experience, ideally within the construction industry, who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing and matching purchase invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Supporting month-end finance processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven purchase ledger/accounts payable experience
  • Construction industry background preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working fully office-based
