Your next role HR Administrator

We are recruiting for 2 x Colleague Experience Administrators to cover maternity leave posts. As a Colleague Experience Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and transactional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including Learning & Development, HR Administration and Resourcing.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate data processing, timely query resolution and excellent customer service, working closely with colleagues and managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities, skills and experience required include: -

  • Delivering accurate and timely HR administration across all colleague lifecycle processes.
  • Responding to HR queries in line with legislation, policy, procedures and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
  • Processing, maintaining and storing colleague data in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration.
  • Assisting with Learning & Development activities.
  • Triaging and risk-assessing queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, including refining processes and developing FAQs.

About you HR Administrator

You will have experience in HR administration or a similar support role, with an understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. You will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing confidential information.

The successful candidate will require the following: -

  • Good IT skills, including HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths.

HR Administrator You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
