We are seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality cover across the school as required. This role is ideal for enthusiastic teachers who enjoy flexibility while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Supply Teachers will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning during staff absence and will be expected to create a positive, well-managed classroom environment.

Location: Burnley
Contract: Supply / Flexible / Day-to-day and short-term opportunities /Adhoc
Salary: £120 - £160 per day
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing – flexible around you

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
• Support pupils to stay on task and engaged with learning
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching within a primary and/or secondary setting
• Be flexible, professional and confident in different classroom environments
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adapt quickly to new settings and routines
• Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and learning
