Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established, precision manufacturing business based in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a QHSE Engineer to support and drive their Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive QHSE professional to play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving systems, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s integrated management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

• Maintain and improve the integrated QHSE management system in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and internal company standards
• Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits
• Carry out risk assessments and support hazard identification activities
• Lead investigations into internal and external quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support production teams with QHSE best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics
• Assist with document control, procedures, and process improvements

• Proven experience in a QHSE role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with metrology and quality core tools including SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and Fishbone analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Report writing and documentation experience
