Job Title: Finance Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team within a growing international organisation. This role supports global finance operations across multiple entities and currencies, working closely with senior finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team
  • Manage client invoicing and assist with credit control activities
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs
  • Review and process employee expenses, including company credit card administration
  • Maintain the accounts payable function, including invoice processing and ledger management
  • Assist with month-end close activities (journals, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts support)
  • Support finance-related systems (expenses, payroll, banking, accounting platforms)
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage Intacct, or similar)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
