Property Lawyer – Hybrid (Cardiff)

TSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its presence across the UK. With an excellent reputation for client care and a strong investment in technology and people, this firm offers a modern, supportive environment for property professionals looking to develop their careers.

Due to continued expansion, we’re keen to speak with experienced and motivated Property Lawyers to join their Cardiff office on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation while maintaining a healthy balance between office collaboration and home working.

The Role

Following a structured onboarding and training programme designed to set you up for success, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions. This will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters, with complexity aligned to your level of experience.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team environment, modern systems, and a leadership team focused on continuous improvement and career development. A transparent and achievable bonus structure is also in place, offering the opportunity to earn significant additional income on top of your base salary.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
