Are you an experienced Property Manager and looking to take the next big step in your property career?
We are currently looking for ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Management professionals who can confidently manage residential portfolios, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Managing residential property portfolios
Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
Carrying out property inspections and reporting
Supporting landlords and tenants with day-to-day queries
Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins/check-outs and deposits
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
Delivering a smooth move-in and move-out experience
Experience with Property Management:
2+ years previous property management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to manage workloads independently
Full driving license preferred
