We are currently recruiting for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare setting in Grays on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous medical reception experience who is available to start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front desk reception and greeting patients
• Booking and managing appointments
• Handling incoming calls and patient enquiries
• Updating and maintaining patient records
• Supporting administrative tasks within the practice

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with medical systems (e.g. EMIS/SystemOne) is advantageous
