Salary: £40,302 + Uncapped Commission
Package: Company Car or Car Allowance
Working Pattern: Predominantly field-based (4 days on the road, 1 office day)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

This is a pure new business, field sales role within a globally recognised organisation operating at scale. If you thrive on opening doors, winning new clients and building your own pipeline, this role puts you right at the sharp end of growth.

You’ll take ownership of a defined London territory, spending your time face-to-face with potential customers, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term commercial partnerships.

This is a traditional, high-energy field sales position with clear targets, strong support, and excellent long-term progression – the business promotes almost all senior sales leaders internally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively hunting for new business within your assigned territory
  • Identifying, qualifying and converting prospects into long-term customers
  • Managing your own sales pipeline from first contact through to close
  • Developing tailored commercial solutions based on customer needs
  • Hitting and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Representing a trusted, market-leading brand in face-to-face meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally field-based or service-led
  • A strong new business mindset with confidence in prospecting and closing
  • Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware with a structured approach to territory planning
  • Comfortable working with targets, data and reporting tools
  • Logistics, freight or complex service experience is beneficial but not essential
