Pay: £13.50 – £16.00 per hour
Contract: Part-Time
Working Pattern: Evenings & Weekends (Fixed Schedule Below)

Working Hours

• Tuesday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
• Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am – 4:00pm
• Alternate Sundays: 11:30am – 3:00pm

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Part-Time Skin Therapist to join a highly skilled and professional team in a premium clinical environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, results-driven Skin Therapist to work within a high-end medical aesthetics setting. You will deliver advanced skin treatments, carry out in-depth skin consultations, and design bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

This role suits someone passionate about skin health, outstanding patient care, and professional development, who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-led clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
• Deliver advanced skin treatments, including:
  
  • Radiofrequency and microneedling treatments (including Morpheus8)
  • Hydrafacials
  • UltraClear laser and ablative / CO laser treatments
  • SkinPen microneedling
  • Skin booster injectables (where appropriately trained)
• Develop personalised treatment plans and skincare regimes
• Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care
• Work closely with medical and aesthetics professionals
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit

About You

• Qualified Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist (Level 3 minimum; Level 4 or advanced certifications preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an aesthetics or medical aesthetics clinic
• Confident delivering advanced, device-based skin treatments
• Strong understanding of skin conditions, treatment protocols, and cosmeceutical skincare
• Professional, approachable, and patient-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-aware with the ability to build long-term patient relationships
• Passionate about learning, development, and clinical excellence
• Able to commit to the fixed working pattern above
• Actively seeking a part-time position
