Reward Specialist

Bournemouth (Hybrid 2–3 days office, flexibility available)

£35,000 – £40,000

Contract: Permanent

The Role

A data-driven Reward role with exposure to payroll, supporting pay, benefits, and pension processes across the business.

You’ll take ownership of reward analytics and reporting while acting as a key support to payroll, including pension data and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual pay reviews, benchmarking, and reward modelling
• Manage pension reconciliation, submissions, and reporting
• Maintain benefits data and assess utilisation and ROI
• Prepare P11D data and support transition to payrolled benefits
• Produce pay, pension, and reward analytics reports
• Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and compliant
• Handle reward and pay-related queries
• Support audits and ensure compliance with HMRC and legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes
• Provide backup support to payroll when required

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in Reward (payroll exposure beneficial)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with pensions, benefits, and reward reporting
• Good understanding of payroll and HMRC compliance
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights
• Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
