A leading international law firm is continuing the growth of its Birmingham disputes offering and is now looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate to join its highly successful Real Estate team.


This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm known for handling complex, high-value property disputes for major developers, investors, landlords, corporate occupiers, and public sector bodies across the UK.


You will work alongside highly respected partners on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to strategic and technically challenging matters while benefiting from genuine support, mentoring, and long-term progression opportunities.


The Opportunity


You will advise on a broad range of contentious property matters including:


• Development and investment disputes

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Lease renewals, forfeiture, possession claims, and dilapidations

• Rights of light, easements, covenants, and boundary disputes

• Property insolvency and asset recovery matters

• Strategic advisory work for developers, landowners, and commercial clients
